Breaking the silence on Mental Health in India. Our vision is to dismantle taboos surrounding mental health by fostering awareness across all social divides. We believe that mental well-being is a universal concern and strive to make quality therapy accessible to all, regardless of financial constraints. Our mission is to empower individuals to prioritise their mental health and build a future where mental well-being is a fundamental right.

It all started with a dream. My childhood memories are packed with my father going the extra mile to help people with whatever he had. As a child, it influenced the way I looked at the world and weaved my dream to serve kindness with passion. Unfortunately Covid struck, but everyone finally started whispering about one thing that was long overlooked, their Mental Health. This is where our journey began; starting small trying to improve lives with affordable and virtual professional support but now we are close to achieving our dream-building a safe space where Mental health thrives.
